The free NHS Better Health app is also available to help you start healthier eating habits, become more active and feel better, both physically and mentally.

High blood pressure can often go unnoticed. If untreated, it can seriously increase your risk of having a heart attack or stroke. This is why it is important to get your blood pressure checked, this can either be done by a GP/Nurse or at home with a blood pressure monitor.Â
