Appointments may be made by
- Booking online (GP appointments only). New users are required to complete a simple registration which can be downloaded below.
- Telephoning (01977) 644850. When calling you will be asked if you would like a telephone or face-to-face appointment.
- Calling in at the surgery.
Urgent cases are seen on the day. If your condition is non-urgent, you can expect to see a GP within two working days. You also have the option to book in advance if this is more convenient for you.

Same Day Appointments
We are a busy practice, and providing some same-day urgent appointments makes it easier for you to see a doctor quickly. You can book anytime from 08:00 for same-day appointments.
Nurse Appointments
Our practice nurses treat patients for a wide range of common conditions. You can expect to see a practice nurse within one working day.
Telephone Appointments
You can book to have a telephone consultation with a doctor. He or she will ring you at an agreed time on the telephone number you have given.
Why Might It Be Difficult to Get an Appointment?
The surgery is particularly busy on Mondays and especially during the winter months. If your appointment is non-urgent, try to book on a less busy day after 10:30 am.
Cancellations
Each month several patients fail to turn up for their appointments. If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Cancellations can also be made online.
